SHIPPING AND LEAD TIME

- We ship from Montreal in Canada
- Our typical lead time before shipping out orders is 5 to 7 business days. This varies depending on the purchased items and our shipping queue.
- Once the items have shipped, transit time typically takes between 2 and 4 business days
- Please note that all large items, such as our SimRacing Chassis, Monitor Stands and Racing Seats, might not arrive on the same day as other parts of your order. Because of their weight and size, these boxes get sorted differently at our shipping partner's logistics hub.
MME LIFETIME WARRANTY
All SIM Products are covered by a lifetime warranty, exclusively available to the original purchaser when bought directly through us or one of MME's authorized dealers. This warranty is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to subsequent owners or third parties. It covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may arise under normal use* for the life of the product.
The warranty does not extend to damage resulting from improper use, abuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, neglect or accidental damage. Any alterations made by non-authorized service providers will void this warranty. Additionally, this warranty does not cover cosmetic issues that do not affect the product's performance.
To claim the warranty, you must provide proof of purchase from us or one of MME's authorized dealers. The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, at MME's discretion. In some cases, an equivalent product may be substituted if the original model is no longer available. Please note that any shipping and handling costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the purchaser.
*Normal use refers to the regular, intended usage of the product under typical conditions. This excludes any extreme or unintended applications, misuse, or exposure to conditions that could lead to damage or deterioration beyond what is considered reasonable wear and tear.
ABOUT MME
We are MME Motorsport, a group of engineers that have been actively involved in motorsport for some time now. Some of us, even more than 20 years. We are manufacturer of high performance paddle shifting system ranging from Rally to F1. We like to design & build awesome stuff, because we just love it and because we can.
All parts are designed, built, programmed and assembled in house and we take great pride in that. All parts we offer can be serviced, replaced or modified. There are no black boxes or parts that we don't have complete control over. This way we can guarantee production quality and even offer lifetime warranty for all of our sim racing products.
